Maths in Year 3

Below, you will find details of our past and current areas of study in mathematics for Year 3.  These are listed in the order taught, with the most current block of study at the bottom of the page.  We use the White Rose Maths scheme to inform our lesson sequences and resourcing.  If you have any questions, please feel free to contact your child's class teacher.

 

Each week

  • The children should be using their Times Tables Rock Stars login to develop their understanding and knowledge of Times Tables. 
  • Working on Century with a focus on practising key number, place value and arithmetic skills as well as the current block of learning.
